These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of ShippingHub, including its website, digital applications, and mobile applications (collectively referred to as the “Platform”). These Terms were last updated on 08th January 2025 and have been effective since 01st January 2025.
This document constitutes an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000, including its amendments and the rules thereunder. It also incorporates the amended provisions relating to electronic records in various statutes under the same Act. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require physical or digital signatures.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between ShippingHub Solutions Private Limited, operating under the brand name ShippingHub (referred to as “us,” “we,” “our,” or the “Company”), and users of the Platform (referred to as “you,” “your,” “yourself,” or “Merchant”). These Terms become effective upon your acceptance via your registered email address, by clicking the “I Agree” or “Accept” button, or through any other means signifying acceptance of these Terms.
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, please refrain from using the Platform. By continuing to use the Platform, you provide unconditional consent under Section 43A and Section 72A of the Information Technology Act, 2000. Should you disagree but still access the Platform, ShippingHub disclaims all liabilities arising from such usage, and your continued use will be considered acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy, including any future modifications.
Please note that access to our services or applications through registration or subscription is non-transferable. In case of any discrepancies between these Terms and any other policies relating to the Platform or its services, the provisions of these Terms shall prevail.

ShippingHub operates as a technology-based aggregator platform connecting users/merchants with courier partners. The Platform provides an efficient, automated shipping panel integrated with its courier partners.
ShippingHub has no direct involvement in the actual delivery or shipment of products. It solely acts as an intermediary between courier partners and customers.
These Terms apply to all users of the ShippingHub Platform, which includes the website, digital applications (including but not limited to mobile applications), and the merchant panel. This encompasses products, software, and services offered via the Platform.
The Platform may feature video clips, audio clips, or other forms of content uploaded by registered users or courier partners, collectively referred to as “Third-Party Content.” You acknowledge that ShippingHub has no control over and assumes no responsibility for such content. By using the Platform, you expressly release ShippingHub from any liability arising from Third-Party Content.
The services provided through the Platform are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any express, implied, or statutory warranties or conditions.
ShippingHub does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free services.
The Platform may include links to external websites not verified or endorsed by ShippingHub. Accessing these third-party websites is at your own risk, and ShippingHub assumes no responsibility for their content or usage.
The Platform may feature promotional campaigns and advertisements from third parties. Any relationships or business dealings you have with these third parties are strictly between you and them. ShippingHub is not responsible for such interactions.
ShippingHub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms, as well as any aspect or feature of the Platform, at any time without prior notice. Changes may include, but are not limited to, updates to the content, hours of availability, and requirements for access or use.
Your continued access to the Platform and use of its services following such changes constitutes your agreement to comply with and be bound by the updated Terms. Therefore, we encourage you to review these Terms, as well as any updated aspects or features, each time you access the Platform or use its services.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding agreement and be bound by these Terms. If you are not legally competent to contract under applicable laws, rules, and regulations, you are prohibited from accessing or using the Services.
If you are acting on behalf of a corporate entity (such as a company, partnership firm, or other organization), you explicitly confirm that you are duly authorized to:
All text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, page layouts, underlying code, and any other forms of information that appear on or are part of the Platform constitute the intellectual property of ShippingHub and its partners.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that these materials are protected by copyrights, trademarks, database rights, and other intellectual property laws. All rights are owned by ShippingHub. Nothing on the Platform should be interpreted as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use trademarks, logos, or service marks displayed on the Platform without the prior written consent of ShippingHub.
ShippingHub retains exclusive ownership of the underlying software, source code, and all related intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights associated with the Services. You are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, copying, distributing, or using any content from the Platform for commercial purposes without prior written permission from ShippingHub.
To access the Services, you are required to create an account (“Account”) on the Platform.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process, including your full legal name, residential and corporate address, email address, and any other details necessary to complete the registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and Account information provided upon successful registration. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account and password.
You must promptly inform us of any changes to the information provided during registration by updating your personal details. This ensures we can communicate with you effectively.
You may cancel your registration at any time by notifying us via email or using the communication address provided in these Terms.
You must ensure that you do not transmit any viruses or any code of a destructive nature while using the Platform.
If you wish to remove your details from our records, you must inform ShippingHub in writing. Upon receiving such a request, ShippingHub will promptly delete all your information from our system.
You may not assign or transfer any of your rights, obligations, or privileges under these Terms without obtaining prior written consent from ShippingHub. Subject to this restriction, these Terms will remain binding on your legal heirs, successors, and permitted assignees. Any assignment or transfer made in violation of this provision will be considered null and void.
ShippingHub reserves the right to transfer its rights under these Terms to any third party without notifying you or obtaining your consent.
You acknowledge and agree that your adherence to these Terms is voluntary. You have the option to either not accept these Terms initially or withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to the grievance officer or to any other electronic address provided to you.
Upon such withdrawal, the Company may deny you access to certain services or features available on the Platform.
ShippingHub may suspend, restrict, block, or cancel your registration if you breach these terms or the privacy policy, infringe any intellectual property rights, violate any applicable laws, engage in any fraudulent activity, or for any other reasonable purpose. Once your account is cancelled, all of your Content will be immediately deleted. Since the deletion of all data is final, please be sure that you want to cancel your account before doing so. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service for any reason, without notice, at any time.
Please review the subscription terms and conditions carefully before subscribing to any plan. Once you subscribe to a plan and make the required payment, it is final and non-refundable. You cannot change or cancel your subscription plan after completing the payment, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
You agree not to disclose any information provided to you by ShippingHub, including but not limited to user lists, customer lists, names and addresses, ideas, business models, processes, concepts, or any other confidential information related to ShippingHub or the Platform, to any third party without obtaining prior written consent from ShippingHub.
You acknowledge that all Confidential Information provided to you remains the exclusive property of ShippingHub. Any breach of this confidentiality obligation may result in irreparable harm to ShippingHub.
You further acknowledge and agree that these Terms are clear, easily accessible, and outline the Company's policies and practices regarding the use and access to the services provided through its Platform.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a government or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be replaced with a valid provision that, as closely as possible, reflects the original intent and has similar legal and commercial effect. The remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect and will not be affected by the invalid, unenforceable, or severed provision.
In the event of any dispute arising between the parties concerning this Policy, the matter shall be referred to a sole arbitrator, and the arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. The language of the arbitration proceedings shall be English.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana, India.
